Dr. Fullerton has been part of the Centra Care Family since 2007. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Residency at North Broward Hospital and Internships at Chicago Osteopathic Hospital and Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Dr. Fullerton is experienced in Emergency Medicine and as a Centra Care physician, he is pediatric and adult trained; Florida Hospital and Board Certified with the American and Florida Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. He is certified with American Heart Association, American College of Surgeons and the American Stroke Association.
