Jason Pirozzolo, D.O.
Dr. Pirozzolo has been a part of the Centra Care Family since 2006. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University, in Ft. Lauderdale, and completed a Clinical Externship in Dermatology at Harvard Medical School. He then did his Internship and Residency at the Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. While in residency, Dr. Pirozzolo became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Following residency, Dr. Pirozzolo completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at The Ohio State University in Columbus, where he served as one of the team physicians. Being a Centra Care physician, he is pediatric and adult trained; Board Certified in Family Medicine, Advanced Cardiac, Advanced Trauma, Basic Life Support and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Pirozzolo is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, and the Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. As an active pilot, Dr. Pirozzolo also has an interest in aviation and aerospace medicine.
