He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Louisville in Kentucky and completed his Family Practice Residency at Florida Hospital. As a Centra Care physician, he is pediatric and adult trained; Florida Hospital and Board-Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Johnson is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Physicians.
