Rainer Chan, M.D.
Dr. Chan has been part of the Centra Care Family since 2007. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine and completed his Family Practice Residency at Florida Hospital. As a Centra Care physician, he is pediatric and adult trained; Florida Hospital and Board Certified. Dr. Chan is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. He was a volunteer for International Mission Services and treated patients in an Ethiopian community.
